September 12, 2003: KPLU mention
The co-op got it's first taste of media exposure when head honcho Darby wrote in for the listener feedback portion of KPLU's "Global Warming, Local Warnings" series. Unfortunately, they were unaware that Darby is a man so there were some inadvertent gender-related gaffes, but I guess we have to pick our battles...

Darby again makes an appearance on KPLU for Earth Day 2004! Great press for the co-op and for the use of biodiesel in general! Go Darby!
July 2004: Better World Club "Kicking Asphalt"
Better World Club, an environmentally-conscious alternative to AAA, featured the co-op and other biodiesel-related partners in its Kicking Asphalt newsletter.

Co-op member Nick Briejer was featured in an "Our Voice" op-ed piece in the Tacoma News Tribune reflecting on local air quality and the role the co-op is playing in making an improvement.
